Pak Avenue offers exchange and refund options under the conditions below. Please review carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.
Sale items and custom-stitched orders are final and cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Return
Email care@pakavenue.au with your order ID and reason for return.
Our support team will share return instructions and approval details within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
